Me and my mom sat outside on a cliff and watched 4 different fireworks shows at the same time. Some were christmasy, some were red and green. Many of them were very very big! My favorite part of the fireworks was the finale. It was so colorful. When the fireworks set off, we couldn’t hear the fireworks because we were so far away, but it was still fun.
I never posted about my Disneyland trip at Christmas and I wanted to tell you about it. I went with my mom and dad and we stayed there for 3 days. First I went on the Matterhorn. I did not like it because it scared me. But then, I went on It’s a Small World and my most favorite ride is in California Adventures and it is California Screamin’. I liked the Tower of Terror. At first I was scared but then it wasn’t too bad and I liked it because it was sort of creepy and the guys there were funny and I loved it because every time it went all the way to the top, it showed us the whole view of Disneyland and California Adventures. That was a fun trip and me and my dad and my mom went to a lunch and we saw all the princesses. First I saw Ariel and I took a picture with her. When Belle came to our table, my dad pretended he was dancing with her. We saw Cinderella too. I really liked their food and there was seaweed shaped bread and you can dip it in butter and I ate chicken on a stick.

I’m starting first grade in two more weeks. It’s very exciting and it is for you too. I’m excited because I like to do homework and it’s fun because I get new friends and I get to go on the big kid playground where all of the friends like to play with me. I don’t have to leave school as early as kindergarten. It’s much more fun to not leave early like kindergarten.
You can see that I have made my school supplies into a castle and then took a picture of it. I know you can’t see very much of it, but it is still cool, isn’t it? My favorite thing about it is the flag and the ruler, my folders and my crayons, markers, and pencils.
I’m excited for my new teacher. I hope it’s going to be a girl. Do you think so too? It should be a girl?

I am very sorry for not doing the blog when you needed to see it. I was very busy playing around, I forgot about my blog. I’ll do more blogs in the future, I promise.
First, we drove over to the park and then we saw the ice cream truck so my mom and me decided to get an ice cream sandwich and we sat down on the grass to eat it. It was my first time getting ice cream from the ice cream truck. Then I went over to the playground and I had lots of fun playing in the water. I was sliding down the pole and climbing the rock climbing wall. And then I went onto the tire swing with two other kids. One of the kids pushed us around and around and we had lots of fun spinning.
When it was Easter, my dad took me over to Morro Bay and we had lots of fun at the church with Grammie Pam and Papa John. We did an egg hunting race and I had 4 donuts! Then we went over to Zach’s house and we had lots of fun there too. We went up to the party tree and we did an egg hunt. There was one real egg. It was a painted egg and do you know who found it? It was me, Katie! That is the end of my story. I hope you like it.

Aiden was my friend from daycare but then he went to a different school. It was a long time since I’ve seen this friend Aiden. He was my very very best friend. Tonight, when we went to Sweet Tomato, he yelled out my name and we started running over to eachother. We were playing around. We loved playing with eachother. I told him all about how I was missing him. He was missing me too. He was missing daycare and I asked him if he could come and visit daycare. When I saw him, he looked a lot different. When I saw him last time his hair was almost too short. A teeny tiny bit of curls in his hair. And tonight I saw him way more better because he had more curls that made me want to play with him more.

Here is my friend Henry at our church Sunday morning. We were playing catch with my favorite doggy. He is very nice. He unlocks doors that don’t have any keys so he helps people. I don’t know if he is in charge of this church, but he might be.
On Sunday morning, I went to Sunday school and after we were done doing our work our teacher told us that we can pick out a toy. My best friend got the toy I’ve always wanted and then I found a different puppy and I asked her if she wanted to trade and she said “I’ll tell you when I want to trade”. After Sunday school I was looking for her all around and then I finally found her. She was by the stairs and I asked her if she wanted to trade now and she said “Sure, I want to trade with you now” and so she traded.

Hi. This is Katie. You will find lots of different things on my blog and they’re very very fun. Look at this picture. It will bring you back memories from me and my mom. Look at this picture. You can see how much we have loved eachother for a long time. So, all the sudden we just decided to take a picture. I didn’t know which picture to do on her phone, but then we just decided to take a picture of each other.
We were in Todos Santos and we decided to go to Panama. I asked my mom if I can go outside and take some pictures. And then after I was taking a lot of pictures, I turned around and I saw that orange tree. I just decided to take a picture of it cause I thought it would be cool. The tree is by Panama. It’ll always be there for you guys to see it. There’s lots more to see.
At the park, I saw my friend Conner and we played almost all day. We played and made wishes and we had so much fun that we wanted to go play on the playground. He is very nice. I really want to go to his house even though he kind of teases me and says bad words. I just say “stop doing that, its not nice” and he says “ok”. Then we just get along a lot and then we had a lot of fun. We ate together and he’s a very nice boy. You would love to meet him. He goes to my school, that’s why we played together.
The best movie ever, the name of it is Pinocchio. I have been watching it over and over and my favorite part of it is when at the end, the wood boy that Gepetto made, turned into a real boy.
